Very happy with my experience with Jim's Laundry Services. I am new to town and I don't have a car at the moment, so they very graciously agreed to accommodate my specific needs and that helped me out tremendously. I got my washing back within the same day and everything was perfectly in order. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

I cannot be any happier that I found Steve to do my ironing and dry cleaning. Their work has always been fantastic but recently I was extremely impressed and with how they dealt with a problem. What makes people great is their ability to deal with problems because there will always be problems. They called me one day to say there had been an issue with the dry cleaning with the load that two of dresses were in, and as a result these were damaged- I had a lovely lady on the phone, who was truly sorry and distressed. As she was telling me about the issue she also told me she had already found the solution, she had found and bought both dresses online already. Simply amazing to have people who are good at what they do and care about it and care about the people who are their customers. Especially in this day and age when we seem to be getting closer to individual robots. It was an absolute pleasure.

Steve and Ang provide a fantastic service. They are very reliable with a speedy turnaround. Makes life so much easier having these guys in our lives as we are no longer drowning in laundry and can get on with other jobs. I would highly recommend their service to anyone 10/10

Worse laundry service one can get. Does not deserve the one star..Paid $97 to have blanket wash for it to come back with foul odour, smell like it been wash with the whole neighbourhood stray cats…did call and let them know. They offer to pick it up and do it again but haven’t done so. Communication was miss and hits. Please don’t waste your time with this business. Save your headache and hard earn money and do it yourself.
